All licenses are permanent and will not expire.
Licenses are not hardware locked and are issued to the specific person/company who buys them.
You can transfer your license(s) between your machines yourself, just not share it around to others. (that can result in a blacklisted license)
A single license can be used on 2 machines simultaneously in GUI mode (no limit for headless mode for the apps that support that).
